  • To ensure efficient operation, check filters every month. Clean or replace as needed.
  • Have system maintenance performed biannually. 
  • Keep the condensing unit free of debris.
  • Trim shrubs and plants near condensing unit to ensure proper airflow/circulation.
  • Get biannual, detailed equipment inspections.
  • Don’t block vents or ducts inside the house.
  • Use shades, vented awnings, and curtains or blinds to keep the sunlight out, especially in rooms facing west in the afternoon.
